Description
The objective of this course is to recognize, compare and understand the effects of mortgage fraud on borrowers, lenders, communities and local, state and national economies. In each section, the instructor will use methods to facilitate learning: question and answer, visual aids (handouts), situational scenarios, and other activities deemed necessary to help increase the student's knowledge of the course content.
